Logistics

EMS utilizes exhibiting professionals that will insure that your exhibit is handled in a timely and cost effective manner.

Pre-Show Coordination

Let EMS handle the details. . . electric rental, installation and dismantle needs, all show book forms, etc. We can consult with you on your show needs or complete the show book for you.

Installation and dismantling

EMS provides professional installation and dismantling nationwide and can include onsite supervision.

Storage and Inventory/Inspection

EMS has access to storage in all major exhibit cities in the U.S. and abroad. Local storage is available, each exhibit is inspected and necessary repairs are made where noted. Exhibits are inspected after every return.

Refurbishment

Exhibits will be refurbished as necessary. Many pop up frames have lifetime warranties. EMS will be happy to repair or replace parts needed on any brand exhibit.

Post Show Conference Call

Your EMS professional will follow up with you after your show to confirm satisfaction and note improvements required before the next show.

Rental Exhibits

EMS maintains an extensive inventory of both portable and custom modular exhibits for rent. Portable exhibits can be picked up from our showroom in Newport News, larger exhibits will be shipped from our supplier direct to your show.
